We offer "EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING” 1 on 1 training in a private 60 minute session. This is for the client who wants or needs the maximum amount of attention and supervision from Johnny. This is also for the client with special circumstances such as injuries or limitations which require a more Specialized Program.
